Judge: Man who stripped nude at airport not guilty

Judge: Man who stripped nude at airport not guilty – Yahoo! News.

Our US Constitution at work here folks. A judge in Oregon today ruled that a man who stripped naked at an Airport is not GUILTY of indecent exposure. A judge ruled that John Brennan didn’t exposed himself for sexual gratification or to have sex in public that. Instead he was stripping Naked to protest the TSA and against  the TSA’s Search policy on Airline passengers. The judge ruled that he was well within his rights to protest Nude and as long as he was not doing it for sexual gratification or to have sex in public. Even though the State of Oregon contended in court that John Brennan for sexual gratification or to have sex in public. What the Multnomah County Circuit Court Judge David Rees said was that stripping nude to protest something is not indecent exposure but instead is protected speech as long as your not doing it for sexual gratification or to have public sex.

So what it means here is that, if your stripping naked to protest something, then it is legally considered protected speech as long as your not doing it for sexual gratification or to have public sex. It’s great to have judges who for once read the US Constitution and rule the case on it merits and the reason behind it. I also think cooler heads should have prevailed in this case and that if you don’t like the TSA touching your junk, then you should take the Greyhound bus or Amtrak train. Today, i was shocked that a judge can rule to stripping naked to protest something is considered protected speech.
